Enrollment/ Make up classes / Cancellation /Refund Policy
REGULAR CLASSES:
Each school year we offer two art class terms: Fall (September-January) and Spring (February-June). Each term consists of 17 weekly sessions and has 3 levels of difficulties based on student’s age and experience.
One trial art class can be arranged for any new applicant and is free of charge if you are not registering for the program. However if you decide to enroll your child the cost of this class will be added to the total payment.
Full payment for each term includes tuition fee that covers all art materials, preparation and teaching time and administrative fee that covers collecting and processing payments, issuing receipts and refunds, scheduling regular make-up classes, etc.
Full payment required to secure a chosen spot in schedule. Start Academy can adjust schedule based on enrolment.
If you join late, fee will be prorated based on cost per class plus administrative fee
A fee of $25 will be charged on NSF cheques.
10% discount for each additional sibling.
We do not offer refunds for missed classes due to illness, vacations, emergencies, or other events beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather conditions.
However we can arrange up to 2 make up classes within the same term, that are subject to availability. Missed classes cannot be transferred to next term.
If you decide to withdraw after your first two classes you will be given a full refund for the unattended classes minus the administrative fee. There will be no refund after three or more classes.

SUMMER CAMP / MARCH BREAK CAMP / WINTER BREAK CAMP/ P. A. DAYS CAMP:
We offer full day (9AM-4PM) and half day (9AM-12PM) camp options with extended care 8AM-9AM and 4 PM-5:30 PM.
Full payment required to reserve a spot. 5% discount for additional sibling.
Full refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks prior to start date. No refunds after that. Cancellation notice needs to be submitted in writing.
